1. Project ManagerHe must have many years experience in mine sites leading operation, team of engineers, supervisors and planners.
2. Registered mining engineer(must have certificate to be qualified as mining engineer/ manager under Indonesia mining law)
3. Community Development manager
4. Geologist
5. Time keeper & store man
6. Safety Officer
7. Security Officer
